Adult Program: Mobile Mamma: How to safely use mobile devices, prevent bullying

Mobile Mamma is an educational resource to parents, guardians, grandparents and other adults who are interested in learning how to safely and properly use mobile devices. Their goal is to protect youth from the dangers that lurk with the technology from the devices handed them.

Are you concerned about your child or grandchild’s exposure to bullying via the Internet and social media? Cresco Public Library hosts Cresco’s Mobile Mamma, who will put on an educational workshop Tuesday, March 27 at 6 p.m. FREE of charge. Mobile Mamma offers hands-on real time workshops, tools, and resources to parents, guardians, grandparents, and other adults; those that are eager to learn and understand what today's youth are using as tools to put themselves online. This is great for adults with children of all ages. Grandparents can benefit to just see what their grandchildren are up to.
